Curled up on the couch over a cold weekend, I loved reading The Little Guide to Finding Our Lost Souls. For a "little" guide, this book certainly packs a lot of punch. The author uses her life stories and reflections as a jumping-off point for the reader's own spiritual journey. Roick's humility and vulnerability invite the reader inward with simple, concrete steps. I am looking forward to a second read with my own dotted journal!
