  • 8 weeks of PQ Intelligence™ app use 

  • 7 weeks of supportive GROUP COACHING (Tuesday evenings 7:00 pm)

You’ll need to:

  • Sign up with an accountability friend

  • Watch 1-hour weekly video (on weekends or Mondays for six weeks)

  • 15 minutes/day of practice on the app

  • Read 8 chapters of Positive Intelligence book (PDF provided)
