Week 5 Passions begins our inward journey. We started by empowering our physical bodies and now we take it to our emotions. This week’s presentation gives you a powerful tool to put you in control of your every day emotions. You will gain perspective and feel even more empowered.

On a workout note……if you are interested in bumping up you strength training, you can join my 3PU Workout. Once a month will get a new workout. You check into the workout page for the routine and let me know if you’ve done the routine, keeping you accountable to me and your new 3PU Power friends. It’s a level up for sure from your current routine, but if/when you are ready, it’s a great option and you don’t need to leave your home!

Certainly, if you are still be challenged by the workout for weeks 3 and 4, simply continue to do that one, just don’t do it FOREVER!
